Covert Farms Sauvignon Blanc Sémillon 2022
Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThis wine continues to improve, finally adding some complexity to the mix. From the regeneratively farmed and certified organic Coyote Block Estate Vineyard atop McIntyre Bluff, the 2021 blend is 69% Sauvignon Blanc, 23% Semillon, and 8% Viognier. It is all fermented and aged in stainless keeping it bright and fresh. Look for gentle tropical pineapple with grass and guava, rinsed in cool, ripe lemon juice. Another step up to the top.
