Similkameen Valley, British Columbia, CanadaExpect a Similkameen savoury desert wildflower nose mixed with dried herbs, black plums, Christmas cake, dried black cherries, and a peppery finish. It is a modern version of a grape that few varietal bottlers understand. This needs three to five years in the bottle to be at its best, but it should become a solid red wine from a fine vintage.
