Roughly equal parts cabernet sauvignon and merlot, from deep gravels over clay / limestone. After a stainless ferment, this rested in oak barrels 30% new) for one year. Sunripened cherry, blackberry, medicinal raspberry leather work through this medium red, with tannins softened with time, providing a gentle hug to the lingering gravelled finish.
