Valle del Colchagua, Valle del Rapel, Region del Valle Central, ChileThis wine continues to improve with an enticing plummy savoury nose followed by a swath of lush dark fruit and a spicy, peppery undercurrent. Treve calls this smoked bay leaf on a bed of pipe tobacco, and that nails it. The tannins are fully dispersed, and the sweet fruit balances the final green kick that is carmenere.
