Ontario, CanadaThis orange wine is skin fermented vidal, from various Ontario sites. Pouring an appropriately glowing orange hue, this dry wine is finely buzzy, with apricot skin, peach skin, sour melon on a short, snappy palate, kissed with saline and smoke on a sour end.
