Lincoln Lakeshore, Niagara Peninsula, Ontario, CanadaThe Redstone estate vineyard, in Lincoln Lakeshore, seems to well suit syrah, with its heavy red clay soils and sun trapping large stones. This rested 18 months in French oak. Ample black pepper pervades this fuller red, seasoning black cherry, black raspberry, medicinal notes, shepherd's pie, and perfumed red florals.
