Valle de Uco, Tunuyán, Central Region, Mendoza, ArgentinaThis year's blend is 55/25/15/5 malbec, cabernet sauvignon, syrah, and bonarda. This has an attractive nose of jammy, brambly fruit with black peppercorns and a healthy dose of sweet oak spice. Our bottle showed a surprising effervescence on the palate, which accentuated the bitterness of the tannins and cut short the finish.
