Niagara Peninsula, Ontario, CanadaFogolar Wines is a new small-lot Niagara project created by winemaker Marc Pistor, and named in honour of his Friulian roots (fogolar = hearth). Soft and perfumed plum, raspberry, thorns is seasoned with baking spice, and wrapped with furry tannins.
