Finite x Fogolar Cabernet Franc Rosé 2020
Niagara Peninsula, Ontario, CanadaFrom Vinemount Ridge' Picone vineyard, this cabernet franc was destemmed and partially crushed into stainless steel for 6 hours of skin contact, and then bled off into neutral French oak barrels for native ferment and 10 months aging. It was bottled with no fining, filtration, or additional sulphur. Sour cherry, red currant, wilted florals rule the shorter palate, dusted with spice.
