Domaine La Coste Grand Vin Blanc 2020
Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence, Provence, Sud de France, FranceOrganic old vine Vermentino and Chardonnay from d'Aix's limestone soils were native fermented in new and 1 year old French barrels, with regular bâtonnage for 8-10 months. The wood and lees work lends a creaminess to this polished white, with white peach, pear, river stones, all bedded with silken lees and lit with lemon pith.
