Lincoln Lakeshore, Niagara Peninsula, Ontario, CanadaFrom Lincoln Lakeshore's Hughes Vineyard, this sauvignon blanc is clones 530 and 297. It was aged in a mix of French oak (37% new puncheons, 17% neutral barrique) and stainless. Sour lemon, green apple, passionfruit is buffered by a light toast / smoke, and finishes with a bitter lime twist.
