This blends 80% viura and 20% garnacha, native fermented in concrete before resting in French casks for 6 months. Pouring a golden yellow hue, this fuller white streams along a waxen palate of goldenrod, ripe melon, ripe pear, quince, and tangerine zest, seasoned with saffron and musk and light toast.
