Piedmont, ItalyAraldica is a 3rd gen, family-operated co-op based in Piedmont, working with over 230 growers. This rosato of 80% barbera and 20% pinot nero comes from the Monferrato hills. A short maceration gives the moderate pink hue, while a stainless ferment preserves the bright fruit. Crunchy plum/wild strawberries is lit with a red currant acidity, gliding this dry pink along a sleek frame through a subtly spiced finish.
