Verona, Veneto, ItalyThis wine is deliciously styled with bright, tangy floral fruit that match its introductory nose of jasmine and peach. Surprisingly, it contains 45 percent corvina and corvinone, grapes famous for making Valpolicella red wine, as well as pelara 20%, molinara 20%, and 15 percent other white varieties. The fruit is all pressed off its skins and fermented in stainless steel before four months of ageing and lees stirring. This is a lovely food wine and would be a star on a warm patio all summer.
