My bottle was disgorged in January 2025 with 3.5 g/L. Crunchy red apple, fragrant cherry, wild raspberry coulis is sharpened with tart rhubarb acidity, and subtly carved with chalk, the latter lingering on the finish. Red fruited throughout, with wild cherry, Rainier cherry, burnished lemon, fragrant raspberry, and crunchy red apple strung across lightly toasted meringue. Acidity is tart and crunchy with this recent DG and will nimbly integrate into the wine over time.
