Côtes du Rhône, Rhone Valley, FranceThis blend of organic Grenache and Syrah is from chalky-clay soils, fermented and rested briefly in stainless. It was made without any added sulphur. Bitter and tart, with short tight red fruit and a pasty, short finish, with soft tannins. Great aims, but needs some direction.
