Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThis cool climate chardonnay is all that and more. It reminds me of a bit of Macon chardonnay with its skinny green apple nose and tart flavours. It has beautifully managed leesy notes that add texture and weight to the mid-palate. The acidity is lipsmacking with a mineral wet stone character that carries through the finish.
