Naramata Bench, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaComing from vines planted in 1984 by the founder of the winery, this Naramata Bench gamay was cold soaked for 8 days and fermented for 3 weeks, followed by barrel aging for 9 months in French and Hungarian oak. It starts off with tart red brambleberry blended with some herbal greenness and ground clove savouriness.
