Prince Edward County, Ontario, CanadaThe Vineyard Pinot Noir blends 80% from Churchside vineyard, and 20% from South Clos, destemmed and fermented in large tonneau, then aged in French barrels (10% new). Light and perfumed with red and black cherry, crushed florals, and tart with a snappy red currant acidity, this is framed with fine, sticky tannins and finishes with a gentle baking spice.
