Provence, Sud de France, FranceThis blend of Grenache, Syrah and Rolle comes off clay-limestone sandy soils from vineyards in the villages of Pourcieux and Pourrières, at the feet of Mount Aurélien and Mount Sainte-Victoire. It was fermented, cool and aged in stainless. The cooler, mountainous sites give this a tight, zippy lift, with subtle pink blossoms, wild strawberry, tangerine, and fine spicing along a sleek body, finishing long and saline.
