Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaWith fruit from the Black Sage Bench and Osoyoos West Bench, in the very south of the Okanagan Valley, you can expect a full, lush style. This was whole cluster pressed and fermented in an equal split of stainless and barrel (no MLF), aged on lees for 10 months. Youthful and perfumed notes of jasmine, ripe pear, and peach is seasoned with toasty smoke, and gingersnap.
