Domaine Rolet Arbois Chardonnay 2018
Arbois, Jura, FranceThese 30+ year old vines are planted at the top of the vineyard En Chagnon, in Montigny-les-Arsures, up against a limestone cliff with gravels and grey marls. This aged 16 months in oak barrels (30% new). The expansive palate is layered with flake salts, flax, lees, green apple, all lit with a tight, vibrant lemony acidity through a very long, saline finish.
