Alba, Cuneo, Piedmont, ItalyFrom Valmaggiore, in the village of Vezza d’Alba, and vines of 42 years, this Nebbiolo was fermented and macerated over 15 days in stainless before heading to French oak for 14 months rest. Fragrant wild cherry, black raspberry, and worn leather are layered through this savoury, elegant, medium+ wine, housed by long, very fine tannins.
