Bruno Giacosa Barbera d'Alba 2020

Cuneo, Piedmont, ItalyFrom select vineyards in the villages of Neive and Alba and vines 28-36 years, this youthful red was fermented and aged in stainless before moving to oak for 14 months of rest. Fragrant raspberries and cherries flood a juicy palate, rung with long, finely grippy tannins and scented with crushed florals through the lingering savoury herbal finish. Very pure, drinking well now and over the next few years.Tasted: 12 December 2022Tasted by: Treve RingPrices:
