Wien (Vienna), AustriaThis village wine is from 3 biodynamic plots, all on Nussberg's limestone soils. It was fermented in a mix of 2/3 ss, 1/3 foudre, with partial MLF. Quite open and approachable now, with subtle pear blossoms opening into green apple, elderflower, quince skin across a stony underlay, lingering with salinity.
