Wien (Vienna), AustriaPinot Blanc, Riesling, Gruner, Neuburger, Welshrielshing, Traminer from 3 vineyards were harvested earlier than normal, and naturally fermented in Amphora, prior to heading into bottle. They use 5% gelber muskateller for topping up here. Pear skin, yellow apple, hops run a crisp, slight palate, with finely buzzy bubbles.
