Established in 1749 in the heart of Sancerre, Domaine Fouassier is one of the oldest wine growing families in the Loire Valley with a history that spans 10 generations. This organically certified sauvignon blanc comes from vines 15-35 years in clay/limestone soils. Tight and zesty lemon, verbena is lined with a medicinal white cherry, and textured with buzzy stones through a lingering saline finish.
