Ciù Ciù Oris Falerio 2021

Ascoli Piceno, Marche, ItalyOris is an organic blend of Trebbiano, Pecorino, and Passerina, grown in the towns of Offida and Acquaviva Picena, in Marche's Ascoli Piceno province at 300m. This was native fermented in stainless, and left to settle on lees for 4 months. This year's has a lovely textural mouthfeel, with pear skin, white blossoms, Asian pear, white peach, and fresh almonds infiltrated with broken stones along a lightly waxen base. There's a lovely freshness throughout, and a lingering salinity on the finish. Beauty with simple shellfish and spring veg dishes.Tasted: 09 November 2022Tasted by: Treve RingPrices:
