Pouring as a light rosé hue, perhaps thanks to the generously sunny 2018, and a few hours skin contact, this Réserve tasted like rosé, with an abundance of fresh raspberry, cherry across a streaming palate, with a buzzy limestone underlay and siding leading to a meringue finish. Pouring a blush hue (thanks to the generous 2018 vintage), this is very red fruited, with fresh cherry, raspberry, meringue, scented with fragrant wildflowers and lit with a buzzy kimmeridgian hum that streams this to a lingering saline finish. This bone dry sparkler is quite sleek considering the density of red fruit filling the palate here.
