Champagne, FranceThis vintage is only the fourth edition of Gosset Celebris Rosé in the past twenty-five years. It is a limited edition of 15,000 bottles. This blends 72% Chardonnay and 28% Pinot Noir (8% is red wine). The grapes came from Ambonnay, Avize, Aÿ, Bouzy, Cramant, Cuis, Cumières, Trépail, Vertus, Villers-Marmery. After 12 years in the cellars, it was disgorged in April 2021, with 6.5 g/L. Salted cherry, raspberry blossoms, lightly toasted brioche, subtle meringue flood a juicy palate, bedded with a generous fine grained chalk bed, and lifted with bright, effortless, orange-kissed acidity.
