Beamsville Bench, Niagara Peninsula, Ontario, CanadaThe old vines are farmed organically on clay/limestone soils at the Saunders Beamsville Bench site. The style is generous, if not soft, yet a stony, flinty reductive note on the mid-palate adds structure to the tropical pineapple and starfruit that fill the back end. The style is medium-rich with a honey and toasted nut finish.
