This frizzante Chardonnay pét-nat was native fermented in stainless, and tipped into bottle to finish fermentation along with a kick start from frozen Chardonnay must. It was not disgorged, hence the slight cloudiness, and has 0 dosage. Salinity runs through the gentle bubbles, lifting Anjou pear, lightly toasted wheat, yellow apple, and fine stones.
