Terralux Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon 2019
Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaRetasted lately, and this wine continues to impress. It is a complete version of cabernet, linear and long, yet warmer, and richer than most BC offerings. More California in style, but in the end, the juicy acidity keeps it all fresh. Look for cassis, assorted black fruits, some dusty stone, graphite, pencil lead, and spice. As big as it is in youth, there are touches of elegance and balance that bode well for the future. Perfect with grilled steaks and chimichurri sauce at this point, or roasted vegetables.
