The attack is rich with a mixture of black and blue fruits, desert sagebrush, spice and dense, sweet tannins — another wine whose life is ahead of it in the bottle, likely through 2030 and beyond. Rich, ripe cheeses would be the current match as you wait for it to expand and mellow fully over time. A grape that has enjoyed the 2020 growing season.
