Oliver, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThe Bohemian Cab comes from Quails Wayside Vineyard in Oliver. The medium light colour reflects the style of this mid-weight cabernet, big on fragrance and peppery plummy fruit, with bright acidity and a herbaceous undercurrent. It’s an excellent vintage, and as mentioned many times, the 2020 cabs will effortlessly age through 2028. Early drinkers will need a bit of fat in their beef ribs or a well-marbled steak to smooth out the edges.
