Champagne Vincent d'Astrée Cuvée Eclipse Zéro Dosage NV
Champagne, FranceFrom Pierry, Cuvée Eclipse is entirely meunier and only made in the best years. It was fermented in stainless, with no malolactic fermentation and zero dosage, and it spent six years in the cellars. Cherry meringue, wild strawberries are rinsed with red currant astringency along a doughy palate, finishing briefly with a dash of salt.
