Champagne, FranceThe Cuvée Princes Blanc de Noirs opens with an elegant nose of fresh red fruits with a twist of black cherry on a mineral flooded, saline mid-palate. Delicate, fine-tuned, balanced, and long, this impressive non-vintage champagne can do double duty before and during the meal. The Champagne Princes by Maison De Venoge revives the splendour of the Orange court with its historical bottles created by Joseph De Venoge in honour of the princes of the Dutch royal family. Its particular shape is reminiscent of the crystal decanters used at the beginning of the 20th century to serve the champagnes of the time.
