Phantom Creek Estates Rosé 2021
Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaPC Rosé comes form dedicated blocks grown for rosé at Becker and Everdon vineyards, mixing organic fruit from the Okanagan and the Similkameen valleys. The ’21 blend is merlot 35%, syrah 33%, malbec 24%, cabernet sauvignon 5%, and cabernet franc 5%. Like last year, it is a touch flat. Add the savoury, spicy notes, and you get more of a Tavel style than Provence. The textures are soft, and it's eminently drinkable. It will also do well with richer fall fare.
