Marche, ItalyAngelo Accadia started his organic Marche winery in Serra San Quirico in 1983, working solely with native grapes of the area. He is recognized as one of the top producers of Verdicchio, and his artistic background is evident in the winery's striking labels. His daughter Evelyn now works with him at the winery. This skin contact wine is her creation. This verdicchio spends 30-40 days on skins in stainless, and remains there on lees for 1 year prior to bottling unfined and unfiltered. Musk melon, meadow grass, lemon pith, tangerine streaks through this lightly grippy, medium bodied wine, finishing with an astringent bitter lemon twist.
