Beaujolais Villages, Beaujolais, Burgundy, FranceJeunes Pousses refers to a young winemaker's project. The estate is offered to young wine professionals to manage for three years in all its activities, from the vineyard to sales. Then, after 36 months, the new winegrowers, "Jeunes Pousses," can take their experience and create their domain. This is one serious Beaujolais Villages. The colour is almost opaque, and the palate is awash in deeply concentrated strawberries and pepper from front to back. You can drink this now, but you may want to wait three to five years to let it fully expand.
