Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaFermented predominantly in new 300 litre oak barrels, the viognier, roussanne, and marsanne blend comes off more grassy than anything else on the nose, and bone dry on the palate. There are some hints of passionfruit mixed with bitter orange rind. However, the textures are soft, and the wine is ready to drink. Try this with fresh goat cheese or a spicy sushi roll.
