It gets 9 hours of skin contact during a cold fermentation and five months of lees contact post ferment in stainless steel. How good is this wine? Very good and gruner fresh, lean, mineral, green, and zesty. Why would you grow anything else? Okay, a bit of an exaggeration, but this kind of wine would be embraced in BC restaurants, given how food-friendly it is, plus authentically local.
