Sud-Ouest, FranceThis mauzac from the Côtes du Tarn, in France's South West, was farmed organically, cold macerated on skins, and native fermented in stainless before aging in clay amphora. Pouring a glowing golden amber, this is softly etched in the mouth, with apricot, bergamot, pear skin, and a finely grippy texture thanks to the amphora.
