Sperling Organic Heritage Pinot Noir Rosé 2021
East Kelowna Slopes, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThis deeply-hued rosé was off their biodynamically-farmed estate pinot noir 777 clones. Instead, this was a whole cluster pressed and fermented in barrel, where it remained until the following March when bottled. Ripe strawberry, raspberry jam, subtle smoke is set against a wave of VA, leaving it with a tart, yet warming finish.
