Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaFrom Oliver's Ryegrass vineyard, this year's Mayhem PG was whole bunch pressed and aged in French oak (7% new) for six months. The oak feels negligible, with the focus here on the pure, crisp pear, crunchy yellow apple fruit that pops on the palate.
