However, in this case, the acidity and firmness of the structure are the perfect backdrops for cherry berry, raspberry, and earthy, savoury forest floor. The fruit is a blend from vineyards in Willamette, Umpqua, and Rogue Valleys grown over Jory, Willakenzie, silty loams, and clays.
