EnglandFrom the Laithwaite family, Wyfold is Barbara Laithwaite's two-hectare Oxfordshire estate. This chardonnay-dominant blend is rooted in the site's deep gravel over chalk at 120m. Green apple tart, lemon pith and peel, biscuit, light toast around a red apple core.
