South East Kelowna, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThe rosé is 100% pinot noir sourced from East and West Kelowna, and all the grapes are hand-harvested by the vineyard team, selecting the large cluster, high acid fruit. The grapes are destemmed and the juice and skins cold-soaked for 48 hours before heading to fermentation and dryness. The nose is expressive with intense wild strawberry, watermelon, and pink grapefruit. The palate is similar with crunchy acidity.
