Côtes de Provence, Provence, Sud de France, FranceFounded in 1923, the co-op Cellier Saint Sidoine now covers 700 hectares from around 180 members. This blends 55% Grenache, 21% cinsault, 14% carignan, and 21% cinsault, all in stainless, to preserve the fresh purity. This very pale pink is dry and lively, with wild strawberry, wild cherry on a silky sleek frame.
