Pentâge does the ageing for its customers, and this 2018 is an excellent example of why a year or three of bootle age can always be a good thing. Expect a full-bodied off-dry style sporting baked apples, poached pear, tangerine and pink grapefruit aromas and flavours. It’s an easy sipping gewurztraminer searching for spicy noodles or a sweet and sour chicken dish.
